Monthly pay starts at ₦200,000 and varies based on the role, your experience, and client requirements. Virtual assistants and customer support roles start at ₦200,000. Bookkeeping, finance, and marketing roles start at ₦225,000. Tech and engineering roles start at ₦250,000.
Is there any fee to apply?
No. Applying is completely free. workhub is paid by the companies that hire you — never by the candidates we place. You will never be asked to pay anything during the application, screening, or placement process.
Do I need to be based in Abuja or Lagos?
We currently source talent from Nigeria, with a focus on Abuja and Lagos — but applicants from anywhere in Nigeria with a stable internet connection are welcome to apply. All roles are 100% remote.
What are the working hours?
Our standard remote shift runs from 3PM to 10PM WAT (West Africa Time), with some flexibility depending on the role and client. Part-time and role-specific schedules may vary.
How long does the application process take?
The initial application takes under 15 minutes to complete. After that, we review your skills and fit, and reach out when we have a suitable role. Timelines vary — we contact you once a match is available.
When will I receive my first payment?
After you are matched and start with a client, your first payment typically processes within 30–45 days of your start date. Payments are then made monthly thereafter.
Do I need a CV or formal qualifications to apply?
You do not need a formal CV to complete the initial application. What matters most is that you have at least one strong core skill — admin, tech, customer service, finance, marketing, or creative — strong English communication, reliable internet, and professionalism. A CV or portfolio may be requested later in the process.
What equipment do I need?
You need a working laptop or desktop computer, a reliable internet connection, a working webcam and microphone for video calls, and a quiet workspace. Specific role requirements may be shared once you are matched.
